80’s Roller Disco

Dust off those Rainbow Brite skates, pull on your most fluro leg warmers and get set to party like it’s 1986 as the UNELSS presents 80’s Roller Disco!

The cover of the Armidale Sport & Rec Centre (227 Mann St) will protect you from the purple rain as we spin you right round for an atomic night in the house of fun that will have you skating on sunshine (woah).  Come on Eileen, if you’re wondering whether to stay or go tickets are only $20 and that includes skate hire and all you can eat pizza and chips.  The action all kicks off from 7pm on August 3 (with or without you).

Too cheesy, you say?  Never- it’s the 80’s!  And besides, your LSS knows that girls just wanna have fun…

Client Interviewing Seminar & Competition

Interviewing clients is a fundamental part of any lawyer’s role, and a vital skill for students to learn.  Last Thursday, the LSS were pleased to host Chelsea Schaefer from Moin & Associates Lawyers who kindly shared with us some tips and tricks for getting the most out of interviews.  If you weren’t able to make it, don’t worry- you can download the podcast of the seminar and the Powerpoint slides below:
